Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan-Claire Mayfield. This is day two hundred and seventy-eight of that project.

This quilt block shows a square building with a sign on it and a wooden stairway up to a door. The building is white with black outlines showing the door and the windows. Inside the big window that's divided into three panes, there are the signs for UPS and FedEx penned in. The wooden staircase is brown and penned in to go up to the door. Above everything, hanging off the flat roof is a red sign. There's a black K backwards on top of a white K, and the words next to it are "Kopy Kat Office." Underneath those words are the words, "Print, Copy, Supply, Ship" written in white.

I have known 3 owners of the Kopy Kat. I have liked all of them.

The current owners are very friendly and helpful. If we need something copied that we can’t do we just run down the street.

They can print some really big stuff down there, like blueprints and banners. The same with shipping. They are our go-to for UPS and FedEx.

I always smile when I go in there because Joseph, the owner, has humorous signs posted behind the checkout counter.

This is a funky little building that was built about the same time as the Fabric Nook building on the same size lot. I believe they have the adjacent lot so it looks a little wider than this one.
