Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan-Claire Mayfield. This is day two hundred and fourteen of that project.

This quilt block shows a shed on the left side, and some tools on the side (front to us) of the shed. There is a gray pitchfork, and a light gray shovel. The shed itself is a piece of light tan orange fabric, with a dark brown roof that has yellow stitched outline. On the left side of the block are two potted flowers. The pots are a dark red with lighter duotone polka dots. The two flowers are different, one having two bulbs that are pink and red, and one being sunflower-like with a red outside and a black center.

This is someone new to gardening.

How do I know?

Look how clean all the tools and her shed are. She has had good advice though and seems to have a green thumb.

Her pots are gorgeous, and she has two of the most useful tools. I hope all of you are enjoying whatever outdoor spaces you have.

My flowers at the shop are so beautiful this year.
