Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan Claire. This is day nine of that project. After this the first round is completed. Soon, I will post the quilt so far.

This quilt block features building going around a corner with buttons depicting flowers in the bottom right. The space needle, a tall building with a particular shape, sits next to a coffee shop.

I like this little block. I think it’s quirky with its funny little buildings.

I think we have a little office building next to the building that is reminiscent of the space needle.  This is a fantastic building: a fun restaurant that maybe rotates.  Wonderful views of the town and country would be terrific.

I also love the little coffee kiosk. I can see people driving through for their morning coffee.

Notice the sweet little buttons that make up the flowers and night stars? I plan to use as many of these little buttons as I can in this quilt. I get them from Just Another Button Company.  They have so many fun buttons, every color, and size, even handmade ones.

See you tomorrow!
