Block-A-Day 327 – Ducks In A Row
Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan-Claire Mayfield. This is day three hundred and twenty-six of that project.

Watching ducks on a pond is relaxing and very entertaining.
There is a reason many parks have duck ponds with benches around them. Watching the ducks flip down with their tails and little webbed feet waving in the air is fun.
I love to see a mama duck lead their little crew around the pond. When my children were small, I had a few additional children that spent their days with me.
We had to go grocery shopping once a week. I would line everybody up and tell them they were baby ducks and I was a mama duck. It worked.
They softly quacked around the store, and we weren’t a train wreck.
I hope I didn’t waddle quite as much as the real mama duck!
