Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan-Claire Mayfield. This is day two hundred and seventy-five of that project.

This quilt block shows a squat sqaure building with a trapezoid shaped roof. The roof and the door is made up of a duotone brown polka-dotted fabric. The building itself is an orange-tan color, with lighter tan square windows on either side of the door. The windows are outlined in a brown stitch, about the color of the roof. On the roof is a big sign that looked like a badge. It's a blue circle with a light yellow interior fabric. On the fabric written in blue pen is a logo showing trees, mountains, and a river, and the words, "General Store" along the outside circumference.

If you’ve forgotten anything when you stay at River Run you can probably find something that will work. They have tried to think of everything out there.

I hope if someone needs something beyond their scope they refer that vacationer to Granby businesses. The General Store is just one of the amenities out there, along with a mini-bowling alley, arcade, workout area, and community center.

It’s honestly culture shock for me every time I drive past River Run, but it looks like an amazing place to stay.
