Games and classes offered everyday at the community center. A pool with a bar. Comfortable townhouses that are well maintained and all have a terrific view.

This quilt block shows an austere building against a light blue salmon-patterned background. The building is white and tall with a very triangular black roof. There are two dark grey second story windows outlined with white stitching. The door is an even darker shade of gray. The building and roof itself are outlined in gray stitching. Above the two second-story windows is writing that says,

It’s a really nice complex with a new bagel shop. It replaces a very old brick building where I saw Dr. Warren to have my baby teeth pulled. For 65 years dentists have been taking care of teeth in that little brick building.

The person who lives here has been a mystery for decades. There is a legend that the person is a man that has been holed up in his big creaky house since he was a child. His parents were killed in an accident in the Bermuda triangle.

This quilt block shows a square building with a square flat roof. The roof is orange with the words, "Swirl & Fluff" written on it. The swirl is in black and white pen, and the S has swirls on it. The fluff is in bold white with black pen outlines. Below the orange roof is a green building with a darker orange sign on it that reads, "Laundromat." The windows on either side of the red door are round. They each have waves of water on the bottom half, as if one is looking into a washing machine. The door is red and in the center.

One day a lovely young woman walked into the “mat” and smiled and said hello. She walked over to a machine and stripped off every stitch she had on. She turned around and asked the other patrons if she could borrow a little detergent.

This quilt block shows a square building against a light blue salmon-patterned background. The building has a square flat roof that is a deep red. The door is also a deep red and pretty tall. On the red roof is a black sign with a lot of pen drawing on it. There is a sun with a spiral in the center, and a coffee cup with steam coming out o the top. The words, "Java Lava Cafe & Coffee Lounge" are on the sign in white, except for the word Cafe which is very large, center stage, and has a yellow-brown gradient. On either side the tall red door are tall yellow windows. In the left one there is the word "Open" in red letters.

The coffee is great and the food is delicious. There is a shark mount on the wall! License plates from far away places that the owner has visited. A very eclectic decor and a sundrenched room in the back with tables and chairs for meetings or gatherings or just large party breakfasts.

This quilt block shows a table with an umbrella over it and two chairs. The umbrella is coming out of the center of the table. The umbrella itself is a bright yellow and blue in sections. Across the top of the umbrella is the word, "Midtown" and underneath it in a red piece of fabric is written "Café" in white scripty pen. The umbrella pole and the chairs are a dark brown with light colored stitching outlining them. On the lighter brown table is a white piece of fabric shaped like a coffee mug with coffee in it.

This is named after a cafe across the street from my shop. It has tables with umbrellas on the sidewalk. Originally the building it is in was a small department store called The Villager. Other businesses have been in there including the Fabric Nook when the previous owner had it.
