Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan Claire. This is day fifty-six of that project.

This quilt block shows a square building designed to look like clothing. It has a large green belt and buckle under the roof, and a window shaped like a pocket you might find on pants or kilt. There is a green door to the right. The purple square roof has a sign that reads, "Ambassador Menswear."

I hope you can all see that this building looks like it has a belt around it and a pocket.

This  store carries all kinds of menswear but specializes in KILTS! Dress kilts, hiking kilts and utility kilts with cargo pockets for carrying your important stuff.

They even have a toolbelt accessory. Carefully placed loops and pockets to carry your tools. You want to make sure your tool belt doesn’t shift around; you want to keep that hammer handle on the side.

It’s called Ambassador Menswear after a clothing store that was in my hometown. It carried clothes for the whole family and I spent a fair amount of money there. It was owned by a really nice couple.
