Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan Claire. This is day fifty-eight of that project.

The same person owns this lovely little dress shop that owns the flower shop in tomorrow’s block. It’s called Frocks and Flowers.

I especially like the little blue dress in the window. Of course, making it look like a purse is a cute touch too.

The woman who owns the real Frocks and Flowers name is Dana. It’s a sweet little shop with great clothes. The shop is in Stromsburg, Nebraska.

Dana and I have been best friends since we were four years old. We went to kindergarten together. It’s the kind of friendship where we can pick up a conversation where we left off months before. We are as close as sisters.

We’re the kind of friends that will tell each other the truth when you ask, “Does my butt look fat in these pants?”
