Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan Claire. This is day fifty-three of that project.

New Zealanders once consumed more tea per capita than any country worldwide.

Hard to believe, isn’t it? Until the 1980s, when coffee was grown in New Zealand, tea was definitely the drink of choice. Tea is experiencing a resurgence in popularity. The Zealong Tea Estate is responsible for tea’s new surge.

The Green Leaf Tea Company is a hotspot specializing in Zealong Tea Estate teas. Served in beautiful teacups or to-go cups, it’s selling like crazy.

Several blends produce a heady aroma when you walk in the door. After enjoying your cup, you will want to take a pound home to share with your mum.
