Today I continue my quest in creating and posting one block a day of the fabulous That Town And Country Quilt by the lovely Susan Claire. This is day Thirteen of that project.

Today we have a warehouse; not a super exciting building. However, it has an interesting-shaped roof, rounded like a Quonset hut set on top. This roof would allow for offices on a third floor, perhaps accessible by an elevator that can carry people or freight from different floors to the loading dock in the back.

We have three big Quonset-shaped greenhouses on our farm. Our 1500 laying hens, ducks, and geese spend the winter there. It is frigid here, and this keeps them warm enough to keep laying.

In the summertime, they have mobile trailers that move around the pastures giving them access to fresh grass. Numbers increase then because we raise meat birds as well.

That is way off-subject!

What might be stored in this warehouse?
