In the front windshield you can see in pen a steering wheel. On the side in the middle is an orange sliding double door. Above the windows and door in pen are the words, "Parking • Rent-A-Car • Park And Fly" and above that a blue sign oi top of the bus that reads in big capital letters, "AIRPORT BUS" There are two big black wheels at the bottom with gray patches of fabric inside indicating the hubcaps.

I was ready and waiting behind the bus when the driver came around to load our luggage. I had left enough space for the rear doors to open. Just then these two middle aged men and their preteen sons pushed their way in front of me talking to each other the whole time.

This quilt block shows a yellow airport shuttle against a lighter blue salmon-patterned background fabric. The shuttle is rectangular shaped with a slightly outward curved front (on the left). The windows and windshield are a lighter yellow fabric. On the side, in pen, are the words,

When I have taken the shuttle from the airport up the mountain I have talked to some very interesting people. Once I was sitting next to a young woman from the east coast inner city that had come to work at the YMCA here in the mountains.
