Lampshade - Tina's Fabric Nook

This quilt block shows a shephard's crook with a vine around it attached to a yellow bell flower shaped lampshade. Inside the lamp shade is a light that's shining out with yellow pen marks showing the light. Below the bell flower light is a pedestal sort of stick with a purple mystical ball on top. It's a garden gazing ball and it's been marked with pen to make it look very mysterious. The pedestal is made up mostly of white stitching, while the crook and lampshade are a dark brown and bright yellow. The vine is green with little leaves.

I made a gazing ball to go outside the shop this spring to go with the town’s Yard Art event. I used an old bowling ball and lots of glass and ceramic tiles to cover it and then put grout in the spaces.
