On the roof is a light yellow sign with the words, "Driving School" written on it in pen. Below that is another sign, this one showing a blue car with white stitching outlining it. Below that is a dark brown door the same shade as the roof, and a large almost black sign with a gray upper case L in it. This is all against a blue salmon-patterned background.

When I was 15 my high school taught driver’s education. A regular class we went to every day for several weeks. We had a Driver’s Ed car that had pedals on both sides.

This quilt block shows a patch of grass in the lower left corner of the quilt block. This patch is a somewhat yellow green, mostly green, fabric color. On the patch of grass, tilted and going towards the center of the square is an arrow sign pointing left on a post. The post is orange, and the sign is white with a blue triangle at the end inside the arrow. On the sign are written the words,

One way street signs are one of the most important signs out there. There are very few things more scary than driving down a one way street the wrong way, eeek!

This quilt block shows a brown and orange cement truck against a light blue salmon-patterned background. The cab is brown with a light orange windshield. The fabrics are splotchy except for the mixer which is orange with brown speckled polka-dots. There is an orange band around the mixer with writing that says,

When we turned onto our County Road there was a cement truck coming and being his first left turn he turned a little too much. It looked like we were going to drive into the cement truck. He corrected and we missed but it sure made an impression on mom.

This quilt block shows a red little buggy convertible car with the roof off against a light blue background. The car itself is from a side view, with two dark wheels whose hubcaps are represented by two small white two-holed buttons. The red car only has one set of doors and no back seat.

I am wearing my cute sunglasses that have little pink flowers all over them and are rose tinted. I am wearing a scarf Audrey Hepburn style and wearing bright lipstick. Happy music is playing on the radio and the weather is perfect.
